Hi everyone—Amber here, founder of The GHJ Collective.
I’ve been thinking a lot about what I wanted our very first launch to stand for, and I kept coming back to one word… Grace.
How perfect. Not only is it my middle name, but it’s exactly what has come with building this first edit—and exactly what will be needed as we continue to grow.
Because the truth is, none of this has been perfect.
It’s been scary, exciting, stressful, beautiful… and at times, really uncertain. There have been setbacks, moments of doubt, and a lot of figuring things out as we go. And without grace—for myself, for this process—we wouldn’t be here.
To me, Grace isn’t about perfection. It’s about how you carry yourself.
With ease, understanding, and a grounded kind of confidence—even when things don’t feel fully figured out.
That feeling shaped this entire collection, even down to the color.
Blue felt like the natural expression of Grace—soft, grounded, and effortless.
Grace is how this collection feels internally.
Blue is how it’s expressed externally.
And if I’m being honest, this goes beyond just the clothes.
You are the very first to be part of this with Riley and me. And with our slow fashion approach and our desire to figure things out as we go, you’re taking a chance on us. You’re trusting something that’s still unfolding—and that means everything.
So truly… give us grace.
There have been an infinite amount of moments that I have to remind myself of what Grace really means.
We’re learning, growing, and building this in real time. And I’m so grateful to be doing it with you by our side.
This is only the beginning of our story.
